FiA essential functions&nbsp;are (i) administrative, which includes administrative management, fisheries management and community fisheries development; (ii) fisheries law, policy, and planning development and enforcement; and (iii) technical, which includes scientific research, conservation and capture fisheries-related technologies development as well as aquaculture development\u200b and monitoring, control and surveillance in the fisheries sector.
